This is my second horrible interaction with this girl at the window. How can this company put the most unfriendly person at the window. She didn’t greet me nor did she acknowledge my existence. Just shoved the payment machine in my face .Her attitude was unnecessary especially because i was the only person.. This was 06-02-2026 around 10am. Please remove her from the window, she clearly doesn’t want to interact with guest . Also my cup was only ice and two sips of a drink…Thanks Starbucks.

This location and staff are very careless and inattentive with DoorDash orders. I drove an hour to work in this area and came in to pick up an order for my customer. The group of high school girls Informed me that the order was “already taken” by another DoorDasher Driver perhaps and that apparently this happens a lot. I was a bit confused and asked them to explain why this is a DoorDash issue, and they couldn’t. They told me to take it up with DoorDash, which is ridiculous. It’s your job and responsibility to be attentive and CONFIRM THE NAMES of the delivery drivers before you hand them the items, Instead of allowing just anybody to walk in there and claim they are a Dasher and steal the items and go. Very careless and you are wasting peoples time and money like this! Please do better!

This new location has become part of my regular routine, even though it isn’t the closest option for me. From the moment you walk in, the space feels fresh, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly comfortable. The team here deserves real credit… they’re consistently upbeat, attentive, and authentic, which gives the place a neighborhood coffee shop feel rather than a big name chain. Overall, this location has quickly become my go-to!

My favorite Starbucks store in this area has super friendly staff; they make the atmosphere there so different. They are busy and work hard, but they always laugh and chat, making things so nice every time I visit them. Also, they make good drinks. They never fail every time I stop by.
